科研成果Achievements in Scientific Research

已在国内、外重要学术刊物上发表学术论文共计100余篇,申请100项中国发明专利及一项美国发明专利,先后有十几项科研成果得到工业应用,作为第一完成人获得多项省部级奖励,并连续两年获得由天津市政府颁发的天津市产学研联合突出贡献奖。在新型纳米催化剂研究领域取得了多项重大科研成果。其中一些成果直接面向国民经济,有多项成果完成了工业规模的放大生产。以“纳米催化剂设计及在重要化学反应中的应用”项目为主的多项重要研究成果成功实现工业规模的放大生产。分别成功地应用于四川宜宾天原集团公司万吨级聚氯乙烯生产,江苏洪泽大洋化工集团有限公司等多家企业年产5000吨规模N,N二甲基苯胺生产的气相法绿色合成工艺中,累计新增产值15亿多元,利税近3亿元。在取得巨大的经济效益的同时,克服了工业应用中现有生产工艺周期长、污染重等问题,为企业经济可持续发展和环境治理做出了较大贡献。
